These terms govern your use of cynaris.ai, operated by Cynaris ("we", "us", "our") from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using this site, including the live AI Mentor and ATS Scorer demos, you agree to these terms.

The live demos

AI Mentor and the ATS Scorer are provided as public previews of production AI products, offered free and without any account or login. Responses are generated by an AI model and are informational only — they are not professional career, HR, legal, or hiring advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision. Usage is rate-limited per visitor to keep the preview available to everyone.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site or its demos to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying AI systems. We reserve the right to limit or block access for anyone who does.

Intellectual property

The Cynaris name, logo, and site content are owned by Cynaris. The products, case studies, and written material on this site may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

No warranty

This site and its demos are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that AI-generated output will be error-free or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cynaris is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or reliance on demo output. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
