Cynaris started as an internship and HR services company. As we scaled to mentor hundreds of interns and run HR for a growing team, we built AI tools to keep up — a mentor assistant to answer student questions at any hour, systems to track attendance and performance, and career tools to get candidates interview-ready.
Those tools worked well enough that we productized them: AI Mentor, AI HRMS, AI Analytics, AI Career Suite, and AI Academic Tools are the same systems we run our own operations on, now available as products.
