CYNARIS / CLIENT DEMOS

Your information. Clear controls.

How Cynaris demo accounts, AI requests and optional traffic measurement use your information.

Account and workspace data

Demo accounts store your name, email, company, product access and expiry. Product records and saved AI documents belong to your signed-in account. Administrators can manage access and see account activity; this demo does not provide shared organisation workspaces.

When you use AI

A question or workflow brief is sent to Groq only when you submit it. Relevant saved workspace context is included only when you select that option. Quick assistant questions and answers are not stored by the application. Workbench briefs and generated drafts are stored in your account until deleted. AI usage records include the product, model, outcome and token counts.

Cookies and traffic measurement

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Optional traffic measurement starts only after you choose Allow analytics. A browser preference remembers your choice. Reports count consented views using a session identifier, rather than tracking every visitor. Change the choice using Analytics preferences in the page footer.

Retention and your choices

The application’s configured telemetry retention is 90 days when the maintenance job runs. Account and workspace data remain until removed by the operator. You can delete individual workbench documents and download your workspace or PDF drafts. Contact contact@cynaris.ai for account and data requests.

Use appropriate demo information

Use sample or non-confidential information while evaluating the demos. Provider processing is subject to your organisation’s arrangements with Groq and the hosting provider. Do not enter passwords, API keys or sensitive personal records into product prompts.

Questions
