Choose a product and submit the demo access form. An administrator reviews the request, grants products and sets an expiry. Your private activation link lets you choose a password. Never share an activation link or account.

How to access the five Cynaris product demos, save records, use AI workflows and review results.
2. Explore your workspace
Start with clearly illustrative records. Changes are saved to MySQL for your account. A save indicator confirms persistence. If another tab edits the same workspace, download your unsaved draft and reload before reconciling changes.
3. Use a focused AI workflow
Open AI workbench in any product. Choose a workflow, describe the goal and constraints, and optionally include saved context. Generation creates a private draft. Review factual claims, edit the result, mark it reviewed and export a PDF.
4. Understand the demo boundaries
OS covers CRM, project and invoice drafts; it is not the separate full ERP currently under development. Analytics supports a validated 18-row revenue CSV and calculated views, not unrestricted warehouse connections or Tableau parity. Mentor supports preparation, Launch supports hypothesis testing, and Academy provides short lessons and informal assessments.
5. Evaluate with a specific outcome
Try one real workflow using non-confidential information. Note what helped, what needed correction and which integrations your organisation would require. Share those findings through the contact page to shape an implementation scope.
Access and availability
Demo access can expire or be suspended by the administrator. AI depends on provider availability and request limits. Demos are for evaluation and do not promise production uptime, hiring outcomes, accredited certificates or autonomous business actions.
