Cynaris Internship Program — where our AI products were built and proven

Before AI Mentor, AI HRMS, AI Analytics, AI Career Suite, and AI Academic Tools were products, they were internal tools built to solve a real problem: mentoring a growing number of interns and running HR for an expanding team, without the process breaking down.

AI Mentor started as a way to answer student questions outside working hours. AI HRMS grew out of tracking attendance and performance across a distributed team. AI Career Suite came from helping our own interns get interview-ready. Every product on this site has been running in production against our own internship operations before it was ever offered as a product.
